Dear community members,
Earlier today we initiated the official default of the two outstanding loans in the Single Borrower Portfolio for Alameda Research.
The team has been in constant contact with the individual lenders of the portfolio and here are the next steps to ensure potential recovery:
- Call default on the loans to ensure correct calculation of the portfolio value
- Allow all lenders to withdraw, pro-rated, available liquidity
- Issue a deficiency token representing the claim in the portfolio to the lenders
The majority of lenders, so far, have opted to use Archblocks special serving solution to combine claims against Alameda Research.
