Hi @rafaelcosman, it seems like based on the amount of TRU being locked for vouching for loan, the incentive for stakers who are staking their TRU against loan is much smaller than expected. I wanted to propose introducing a staking multiplier to incentivize staking long term. It can be based on time the TRU is locked and allow stakers to withdraw before the loan period ends but with sufficiently lower TRU rewards. The rewards of early TRU withdrawers can also be distributed to folks staking theit TRU longterm to further incentivize staking.
We need to incentivize TRU holders more than other pools and by the looks of it thats not happending right now. I would request the team to consider this request and the community to make other suggestions.
