To Brila Finance and TrueFi Foundation Ltd.:
I am an attorney with the law firm McDermott, Will & Schulte. My firm represents the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”) in the chapter 11 bankruptcy cases of Archblock LLC and its affiliated debtors and debtors in possession (In re Archblock LLC, et al., No. 26-10152 (CTG) (Bankr. D. Del. 2026)).
On 2 September 2026, the Committee filed a motion in the above-referenced matter seeking, among other things, a court order authorizing the issuance of a subpoena directing Brila Finance and TrueFi Foundation Ltd. to produce documents and be examined under oath in connection with certain topics.
A copy of said motion is available at the following link: https://cases.stretto.com/public/x514/14527/PLEADINGS/1452709022680000000023.pdf.
This post is intended to provide you with notice of the motion and the related hearing before Judge Goldblatt of the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, currently scheduled to take place on 24 September 2026.
You should review the motion in its entirety to understand its contents, including, but not limited to, the extent of the relief being sought and the deadline for filing any objection.
