What would a sample legal contract look like between a portfolio manager and a borrower, and what exactly would happen in the case of a default?
We are working on a new Master Loan Agreement (MLA). The new contract will be hashed & published on IPFS so it can be publicly accessed. Once it’s up we can revisit this thread!
