Could you please tell me why the signer change isn’t implemented via a smart contract?
Some strange, insignificant transfers of 1 TRU are occurring on-chain, instead of implementing the “Adds the owner” clause in contract 0xC03151bAc97F692e5b71Eb49635A624141f7477b.
