tfUSDC problems

Hi i restored an old wallet of mine and noticed on debank it said i had some funds allocated in tfUSDC, how do i proceed to convert this into USDC, alternatively TUSD?

All I’m able to do is stake and unstake, this token does not seem to hold any real value anymore?
