Brila Access Portal and Claim Update

We want to provide a clear update on the current status of the BRLA rollout and several issues raised by the community.

First, users who successfully completed portal participation but are experiencing technical claim or wallet compatibility issues are being actively supported.

In particular, we are aware of issues involving wallet infrastructure that does not yet support HyperEVM compatibility, including certain smart wallet configurations. The team has now allocated development resources toward building a solution for affected users.

This will not be an overnight fix, but we are committed to resolving these cases and will provide updates as progress is made.

Second, the broader participation window itself has concluded.

BRLA is now an independently trading asset and the original participation ratios and distribution mechanics have been finalized. As a result, reopening the portal generally is not operationally or economically straightforward.

We understand that some users experienced confusion relating to exchange communications and evolving timelines. Throughout this process, updates were communicated across the forum, Telegram, X, and the Brila website over an extended period of time as the transition progressed publicly.

At this stage, the team’s focus remains:

  • supporting users affected by genuine technical claim issues,

  • continuing ecosystem rollout and liquidity provisioning,

  • and executing on the long-term vision for Brila that the community approved.

For higher-frequency questions and faster communication, we strongly encourage users to join the Telegram community: https://t.me/jointruefi

Telegram is monitored much more actively at this stage, whereas the forum primarily remains a legacy governance tool of TrueFi.

We appreciate everyone’s patience as we continue building.

You are a bunch of scam artists who ruined lives! I lost $130,000 because of your scam. You all deserve to be in prison.

If I didn’t manage to swap my TRU coins in time, are these coins worthless now?

And it’s really interesting why an automatic airdrop couldn’t have been done. Instead, you came up with a complicated manual migration process…
