Migration from TRU to BRLA expired early and has resulted in failed swaps

Hi Team and Community,

I successfully completed the TRU to BRLA swap on April 27, 2026 through the official Access Portal (access.brila.finance) using my Base Wallet.

  • Amount swapped: Approximately 13,400 TRU (including old TrustToken TRU) → 54,105 BRLA

  • Wallet: Base Wallet

  • Network for swap: Ethereum mainnet

  • Transaction Hash: 0xc0934c0104a94adfbb96ee0ad48c17cd5e39eb11c42412277d6e47c7d61d5aa7

The swap transaction succeeded (I have the receipt showing the TRU transfer to the Brila contract, plus “Swapped” and “TokensLocked” events). However, I was unable to complete the claim step. When I tried around last Saturday (May 2/3), the portal showed “Access is not available yet – You’ll be able to claim your positions once access opens.” Now the portal is expired/closed, and I still do not see any BRLA in my wallet.

Could the team please assist with a manual claim or let us know when the claiming window will reopen for users who completed the swap in time?

I can provide screenshots or any other details needed. Thank you in advance — this appears to be affecting multiple users.
