Hi TrueFi/Brila team,

I am writing to request assistance with completing my TRU to BRLA migration after missing the access portal deadline.

Background:

  • I held my TRU tokens on Binance, where TRU was delisted on April 28, 2026.
  • Binance’s official announcement stated the migration deadline was May 10, 2026 at 23:59 UTC, which led me to plan my withdrawal and swap accordingly.
  • However, when I attempted to access the migration portal at access.brila.finance, I found that the portal had already closed (it appears the actual deadline was April 30, 2026).
  • The conflicting deadline information between Binance’s communication and Brila’s official portal caused me to miss the window.

What I am requesting:
I would like to ask whether a manual migration or exception process is available for users in my situation. I am fully prepared to provide any verification needed to prove ownership of the TRU tokens, including:

  • Binance withdrawal transaction hash (TxID)
  • Receiving wallet address
  • On-chain proof of TRU balance
  • Any other documentation the team requires

  • TRU amount held: 5543.76
  • Current wallet address: 0xC2760b0F2B997536057DD3e916a77272CFb66e25
  • Network: ERC-20 (Ethereum)

I understand the migration period was time-bound, but given that this situation arose from genuinely conflicting public information from a major exchange and the official portal, I would greatly appreciate the team’s consideration.

I am also in the same predicament; I initially held all my TRU on Coinbase and the official notice stated May 10, 2026 as the migration deadline.
