TRUFi to BRLA swap successful but after 3 months BRLA balance is 0

Hi

I transfer my TRU to my MetaMask wallet back in May and then swap them into BRLA on Rabby wallet after paying ETH gas fee and at that time it showed me that transaction successful (for TRU to BRLA swap) but now when I open my Rabby Wallet and it still shows me my TRU balance and my BRLA balance is 0.

Why it is so?

Although i pay the ETH gas fee but still facing this issue.

Can you guide me how can I fix it?

It sounds like the swap transaction may not have completed the way it appeared, or your Rabby Wallet may be displaying a cached or incorrect token balance. Since your TRU is still showing while your BRLA balance is 0, the first thing to check is whether the swap transaction actually finalized successfully on the blockchain and whether you’re viewing the correct wallet address and network. Paying the ETH gas fee only covers the transaction cost it doesn’t guarantee the swap itself succeeded.
