Does TrueFi have regular security audits performed on the smart contract code?

How does trueFi decide to schedule audits? Does trueFi decide to do an audit right after the code has been updated or does trueFi wait to do them so they can be done on a regular schedule?

I am also curious on how the company that performs the audit is selected? Is there a pool of Audit companies that is used for selection?
